Company DescriptionAt The Gifted Center, we work together as a team to create growth-driven interventions for children. We are constantly evaluating and assessing cases to ensure life-changing results.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Sarasota, FL for a Registered Behavior Technician (Active RBT). We treat our patients as we would family. Our #1 priority is to be life-changing. We foster growth above all else so children reach their maximum potential. Every kiddo is unique, and so are our treatments. We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach, with a focus on naturalistic teaching. We use the natural environment and play to shape behaviors. We are kid-centered and focused primarily on growth creation. Team building and connection are a large focus of our company. We believe culture matters.As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one therapy to kiddos diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in the kiddo's home. We work with children 2 years old to 17 years old. Challenging behaviors are minimal.You will receive extensive training and support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement and maintain behavior plans and teach socially significant skills. Calling all BCBA's, if you are experienced, apply at my brain injury clinic! I work at NeuroRestorative in Sarasota, Florida. Maybe you need a break from autism, or already work with adults or brain injuries, this is the job for you! Fast paced and always changing, you have a great deal of freedom and make your own schedule. They would consider providing a relocation stipend upon request.
