If you ask him out first he's honestly surprised as he finds it hard to believe you would feel that way about him despite just about everyone else noticing you have had a thing for him for some time.

With his duties as leader of the Spider Society and your duties as Spider-Woman, dates are not often and at best you get about two a month. But when you do go out, he often allows you to pick what you want to do as he's pretty comfortable with anything. If you do not speak Spanish and want to learn, he will take the time to teach you and is incredibly patient with you throughout. He doesn't expect you to ever be perfectly fluent but appreciates it if you have a desire to learn.
Miguel is not one for big displays of affection in the beginning of your relationship, not because he's uncomfortable but mainly because he's not used to it. But once you've been together for a while he's more than happy to do so no matter how many eyes are on you at the time. Most of the time you're together he'll often hold your hand, rubbing your knuckles with his thumb.
In private this man will be all over you, allowing his more goofy side to come out, joking around and teasing you a little. He loves holding you in general, always having his arms around you somehow and in bed will either be the big spoon or hold you close to his chest.
You'll likely be the one to say "I love you", first. You'll be alone with him at the time and it kind of comes out of nowhere but as soon as he hears it, he says it back over and over like a mantra, pecking your cheeks and making you giggle each time he does.
Miguel can sometimes be a bit over protective of you, even before you were a couple. He has no doubt in your abilities and of course you will always ask for backup if you need it (and if you do ask you better believe he's the first to show up). This man simply has a deep sat fear of losing you which is understandable considering everything he's been through.
If anyone badly hurts you, be it physically or mentally, the way he chased Miles cannot compare to what lengths he will go to make them pay for harming you. He will also put all of his energy into ensuring you're alright in the aftermath, giving you what you need until you're recovered.
The one major bad habit of Miguel's is over working. Even on days where few anomalies show up, he will take it upon himself to do so much, often leading to him getting incredibly stressed and worn down by the end of the day. You've talked about this several times with him and he will try his best to cut down but can sometimes slip back into it unless you're around to remind him.
Miguel is actually a really good cook and on the rare days that you're both at home for the day, he loves to make things with you. And if things get messy, that just makes it more fun, and you've lost count of how many times batter has ended up on the two of you. He loves food with a lot of flavor and will make things inspired by his heritage but will be more than willing to try recipes you enjoy too.
Arguments with Miguel are rare, but when they do happen it's best to give each other space, especially if they got heated (Miguel does his best to not raise his voice in arguments). Regardless of who may be in the wrong, Miguel will shut down a bit while you're having space (a coping mechanism he carried over from childhood) communicating with others with mostly grunts or relying on Lyla to speak for him. Once you are ready to talk, he always apologizes and will hold you for a while.
If you are someone who wants children, it will take Miguel a bit to come around to the idea, he still carries a lot of grief over what happened with Gabriella so is terrified of history repeating itself or worse, that he may not be a good father in the long run. But after a lot of time talking it over, he will be willing to give it a go and be incredibly hands on (whether you have children naturally or adopt)
If you don't want children, he will absolutely respect your choice and never, EVER, pressure you into it. As far as he's concerned, the two of you are a family and that's all he needs.
As far as marriage goes, its not something either of you have discussed but it's something Miguel really wants. To have his name be given to someone who makes him feel so loved and brings him the most joy (besides Gabriella) he has had since becoming Spider-Man would mean so much to him. Much like when thinking of ways to ask you on your first date, he takes ages to think how to propose. Eventually he decides to take you both on a what is a long needed vacation and as you're enjoying the view he surprises you by getting down on one knee.
