Primary ResponsibilityEnsure efficient operation of the auto-packer machine.
What You’ll Do
5S Compliance : Maintain cleanliness of the machine, floors, desks, and fans.
Machine Operation : Set up, operate , and troubleshoot the auto-packer and assist with gluer set-up.
Case Sealer: Manage setup, tape replenishment, and troubleshooting.
Material Handling: Supply corrugated materials during machine runs.
Quality Control : Assist in the sampling of products to ensure quality.
Machine Interface: Manage electronic control panels and maintain pace with high-speed equipment.
Downtime Utilization: Perform setup or cleaning tasks during machine downtime.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED required ; 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency and ability to use relevant software.
Mechanical Skills: Necessary mechanical ability and skills.
Language: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Math: Competent with basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and measurements.
Physical: Ability to walk, stand, handle tools, reach, climb, twist, and lift 25-75 pounds regularly.
Attendance: Must report to work on time and be available for overtime if necessary.
Work Environment: Adaptability to a dusty atmosphere with loud noise; may require protect
Commitment And AvailabilityRegular attendance and punctuality are fundamental requirements. You must also be available for overtime work when necessary.
